A flat level surface measuring a minimum of 30 feet wide by 30 feet deep. Larger areas are preferred for better course layout. Grass is preferred, but not necessary. The indoor footprint is the same but can be adapted. Suggested layout seen below.

If indoors parking for an 8x16 trailer close to the show area is needed. The trailer can be setup indoors if there is a roll-up door on the building.

One 30 amp RV plug for show trailer within 75 feet of show area.

Two standard 120 plugins within 75 feet of the performance area.

All parking passes and necessary entrance gate credentials.

One Hotel Room beginning one night prior to your fair’s start date and ending one day after your fair's end date. Hotel Room should be as close to fairgrounds as possible.
