$1,350 per day for Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, D.C.
$1,500 per day for Arkansas, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin
$1,700 per day for Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Utah, Vermont, Wyoming
$2,300 per day for Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington
Agri-Golf Requirements
Setup space: A flat, level area measuring at least 30 × 30 feet for our 9-hole setup or 60 × 60 feet for our 18-hole setup. Larger areas allow for a more flexible course layout. Grass is preferred but not required. Indoor setups require the same footprint, though the layout can be adapted to fit your space. See suggested layout below.
Trailer access: For indoor events, parking for an 8 × 16-foot trailer is needed close to the event area. The trailer can be set up inside if the building has a suitable roll-up door.
Power: One 30-amp RV outlet for the show trailer and two standard 120-volt outlets, all within 75 feet of the event area.
Event access: All required parking passes and entrance credentials.
Accommodations: One hotel room, with check-in one night before your fair begins and check-out one day after it ends. The hotel should be as close to the fairgrounds as possible.
